A Winnie the Pooh themed Airbnb is available for booking as part of Disney’s 95th anniversary celebrations of the iconic children’s character, in an area inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood.
According to Airbnb News, The Bearbnb, inspired by A.A. Milne’s original tales in the Hundred Acre Wood, is situated in Ashdown Forest. in England. The Bearbnb hosts Pooh and Friends Disney fans with two different stays, letting guests feel like they’re a part of Pooh’s iconic world.
Who designed the Winnie the Pooh Airbnb?
Disney chose long-time Winnie the Pooh illustrator Kim Raymond to manage the Airbnb guest by curating the Bearbnb and having worked on the iconic bear for 30 years. Kim describes how he used E.H. Shepard’s original designs and thus was able to give Pooh’s house a vibrant feel.
Raymond writes: “I have been illustrating Winnie the Pooh for 30 years and I continue to be inspired by the classic decorations of E.H. Shepard and the more recent Disney stories. The ‘Bearbnb’ is a unique experience that brings the charm of Pooh to life for fans, whilst honoring the original adventures that have been so important to many people for 95 years.”
The ‘Bearbnb’, which is a custom-built property meant to accommodate Pooh and his adventures with Piglet, Tigger, Eeyore, and friends, is only available on Airbnb.
Mr. Sanders’ house was constructed with massive tree branches intertwined with ‘Mr. Sanders’ inscribed above the door. Guests that walk into the kitchen might see that cabinets are packed with honey pots. Kim Raymond created custom charming original wallpaper.

The home comes equipped with a large double bed on the ground floor, as well as a mezzanine featuring two twin beds, to make guests feel more at home when staying with family.
