Step One: Build the Frame

First, take 5 popsicle sticks and place them together vertically, gluing them onto two popsicle sticks from behind to hold them together.

Wider popsicle sticks look better, but you can use a few more popsicle sticks if you only have access to narrower ones. The process will stay the same, you’ll just need to use around 2 more.

Step Two: Paint Santa’s Pants and Hat

Next, paint the bottom area of the popsicle sticks and the top red to act as Santa’s pants and hat. Then, paint the belt onto the bottom black, adding a belt buckle by adding a small yellow pom pom.

Step Three: Add the Finishing Touches

Then, add a red pom pom for the nose and two black paint marker dots for the eyes. Add some fluffy cotton balls for santa’s beard. Don’t forget the white pom pom for the hat!

Lastly, glue a string to the back so you can hang or use as an ornament

For a more finished look, you can add some craft or paper snowflakes around the edge of the popsicle stick craft. Now that you’ve made your Santa Popsicle Stick Craft, you are ready to hang it up!
