Paper Roll Chick Craft – Materials
- Empty toilet paper or paper towel tubes (cut in half)
- Colored paper (for wings, beak, crown, and feet)
- Scissors
- Glue or double-sided tape
- Black marker (for drawing eyes and expressions)
- Stapler
How to make this Easter Chick Craft
Step 1: Shape the paper tube
Press the bottom of a paper roll down and staple to create the bottom of the chick.
Step 2: Create the Chick’s Parts
- Cut out two wing shapes from colored paper. We drew heart shapes.
- Cut out two feet from light brown or beige paper.
- Cut out a crown
- Cut out a small diamond shape for the beak and fold it in half.
Step 3: Glue
- Use hot glue or double stick tape to attach the parts to the paper tube.
Step 4: Add a handle
- This is for if you want to add small treats or Easter candies inside!
- Cut a small strip of paper and glue from one end of the top of the tube to the other side (gluing in the inner tube).
Step 5: Add facial expressions
- Finally add cute face details with a black marker.
