INSTRUCTIONS:
Download, print and cut out the Paper Cone Ghost PDF template. Roll your ghost into a cone, apply a line of glue along the edge and secure.
One your ghosts have been assembled, you can add cute little wash tape bows! Just cut a small strip of washi tape, twist into a bowtie shape and stick to your ghosts.
