There are so many ways to glam up your popsicle stick cat craft. You can easily paint the popsicle sticks a different color, black or even a bright holiday color. Paint brush
Googly eyes
Gray/red/white cardstock
Black, pink gray marker
Glue stick
Ribbon or yarn

Paint 4 popsicle sticks gray. With another popsicle stick, cut 2 pieces the size of the 4 popsicle sticks crosswise. Once the paint has dried, place the painted popsicle sticks next to each other so that the middle 2 popsicle sticks are slightly lower and glue the 2 small pieces on the back. Cut out the free printable templates for the face, hat, tail and hat. On gray paper, with a pencil, trace around the head and tail, cut out. On the red paper, trace around the hat. On the white paper, trace the edge of the hat. Cut both out and glue together. Glue a white pom pom on the end of the hat. Glue googly eyes on the head/face, draw eyelashes, whiskers and mouth with black marker, nose and ears with pink marker. With a gray marker, draw stripes on the cat's face, tail, claws, and stripes on the 4 popsicle sticks. Finally, glue the head on top of the popsicle sticks and the tail on the bottom.
