Watch the video above to see how to make these adorable 3D Paper Gingerbread Houses or follow along below:

Instructions:

Step 1. Fold your 10″ x 12″ brown or gold paper accordion style evenly (4 folds).
Step 2. Draw a line 3 inches from the top and bottom.
Step 3. Fold your paper in half and fold each ends of the roof in (watch the video for this part).
Step 4. Draw the triangle roof part with white chalk marker or any color you want.
Step 5. Add glue to the inside top of the roof and add sprinkles. Gently press to adhere. Allow to dry and shake off excess sprinkles.
Step 6. Print out the free coloring sheets and color your house features. There are two with different color backgrounds (pink and light green). It’s fun to loosely cut around the shapes to keep some of the background color. Use tape or glue to adhere the characters to the house.

Optional: You can also draw your own gingerbread characters!

Aren’t these 3D Paper Gingerbread Houses cute? Kids will love folding and coloring their own. The sprinkle rooftops take the cake!
