These easy, creamy popsicles only require 3 ingredients. They’re a yummy, healthy treat that you won’t feel bad about giving your kids on a summer day. We used an immersion blender for this quick recipe, but you could definitely use a blender as well.
Strawberry Banana Coconut Popsicles – Ingredients needed:
1. One banana
2. One can of coconut milk
3. 2 C strawberries
4. Silicone popsicle molds
Steps:
1. Mix ingredients together in a blender or immersion blender (we only used about half the coconut milk but you could add more if you want more coconut flavor).
2. Pour into popsicle molds.
3. Freeze for at least 2 hours.
These were so delicious and refreshing, and my daughter Alia had a blast making them. Have you ever made homemade popsicles?
