EASY HANDMADE CHRISTMAS SOAPS

My daughter and her friends made some easy spooky Halloween soaps and we thought it’d be fun to make some holiday themed ones – this time as gifts for her preschool teachers.

For a step by step on how to make these easy soaps, check out the Halloween post. We used the same method with the exception of changing the plastic figurines to reflect holiday ones.

Christmas Soaps – Materials Needed:

1. Melt and pour soap base

2. Soap molds

3. Holiday themed plastic trinkets (you can find these at the craft store under the holiday ornaments – they’re inexpensive and come with several pieces in one pack)

4. Glitter (optional – we used gold, blue and white)

5. Essential oils (optional – makes the soap smell good)

The soaps came out so pretty and festive! They would make great handmade gifts from your child to anyone special. We plan to package one per teacher gift in a cello bag, wrapped with ribbon and tag.

Have you ever made soap before? It’s easy using the melt and pour method!
