Say “You’re the Best, Valentine” with festive ribbons that are fun for kids to make, decorate with or wear on Valentine’s Day!
Valentine Ribbon Craft – Materials:
- Cardboard
- Cardstock
- Scissors
- Glue
- Tissue or Crepe Paper
Instructions:
Step 1: Cut approximately 3 in. circle from light cardboard such as a cereal box.
Step 2: Using crepe paper or strip of tissue paper, glue around the cardboard circle. Place paper on glue and fold to create a ruffle around the cardboard circle.
Step 3: From cardstock, cut approximately 2.5 in. circle and glue on top of cardboard circle.
Step 4: Cut two strips from cardstock for bottom portion of ribbon and decorate center with heart/s.
These ribbons are fun to give as Valentine favors or to wear as ribbons, attach with tape!
